Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited are seeking a Maintenance Person to support daily cleanliness and equipment upkeep in a franchisee-owned restaurant. You’ll work as part of the team, follow standards, and help ensure a welcoming, safe dining environment.

Responsibilities include oil fryer maintenance, cleaning, stocking, unloading deliveries, and basic repairs. In addition to competitive pay, benefits cover uniforms, meals, and access to Archways to Opportunities education and family health

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or willingness to learn essential duties.
• Ability to follow routines and safety standards.
• Strong work ethic and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
