Qualifications

• Maintenance Person maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and restaurant equipment.
• Loads and unloads deliveries and keeps equipment clean and functional.
• Performs tasks to support management and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms both inside and outside.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week and manage trash/compactor duties.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
