McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Person for a corporate-owned restaurant operated by an independent franchisee in Jacksonville, FL. You will assist management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean, maintaining restaurant equipment, and supporting the team with daily upkeep.

The role includes tasks such as filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining grounds, cleaning HVAC units, changing light bulbs, unloading deliveries, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge for interior and exterior areas.
• Ability to clean and service restaurant equipment.
• Willingness to perform a variety of upkeep tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
