Job summary

McDonald’s Franchise is hiring a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the restaurant clean and well-maintained, both inside and outside, and to help care for kitchen equipment.

This role contributes to a welcoming environment for guests and team members, with daily tasks that include fryer maintenance, grounds upkeep, and assisting with facility upkeep and safety standards.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
