Martins Restaurant Systems Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Mableton, GA, to oversee maintenance operations for restaurant locations and the corporate office. You will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate work orders, perform hands-on repairs, and manage preventative programs with daily reporting to the CEO/Owner.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling, inventory tracking, and ensuring high safety and facility standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience, preferably in a restaurant.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Hands-on experience with minor plumbing, electrical, and facility repairs.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team, including hiring and coaching.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for maintenance staff.
• Assign maintenance tasks based on repair needs from CEO/Owner and Operations.
• Monitor schedules and submit biweekly attendance records.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on restaurant and office equipment.
• Respond to facility issues like flooring, ceiling tiles, and roof leaks.
• Maintain inventory and keep records of repairs and parts.
• Report daily to the CEO/Owner on completed work and issues.
