• Maintenance role includes interior and exterior cleaning and upkeep of restaurant equipment.
• Duties include daily fryer oil filtering and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
