Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to join the restaurant team in the United States. This role supports management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant equipment to ensure a safe, inviting environment for customers and staff.

Key duties include daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, window and equipment cleaning, unloading deliveries, waste disposal, bulb changes, and HVAC/roof cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Ability to perform physical work and lift/move equipment.
• Familiarity with cleaning supplies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and keep exterior clean.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Change light bulbs and perform minor repairs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
