McDonald’s is advertising a Maintenance Person position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The role supports management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and ensuring all restaurant equipment runs smoothly.

The franchisee is the employer, not McDonald’s USA. Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks, unloading deliveries, trash management, bulb replacement, and HVAC/roof cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
