Job summary

McDonald’s Maintenance position at a franchise restaurant is responsible for keeping interior and exterior areas clean and ensuring equipment is in good working order. You will join a team that supports daily operations and safety standards while maintaining a welcoming dining area for guests.

The role includes daily fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, and routine cleaning of equipment, restrooms, and stock areas, with occasional deliveries and light maintenance tasks to support restaurant

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and lift objects.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and storefront.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs and replace fixtures as needed.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
