Job summary

Chick-fil-A restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to keep the facility clean, safe, and well-organized across the kitchen, front of house, restrooms, and storage. You will wash dishes, maintain equipment, and support daily operations.

Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask on foot for long shifts. Physical lifting and basic mechanical skills are required; training and leadership development are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the Restaurant.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet sanitation standards.
• Clean and detail equipment, floors, walls, and hard-to-reach areas.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and safety.
• Take out trash and keep waste areas clean and organized.
• Assist with equipment and facility maintenance issues as needed.
• Support Team Members by providing assistance when they are in need.
• Rotate and organize stock for kitchen and front of house with proper labeling.
• Multitask quickly while maintaining safety and quality.
• Work on their feet for several hours and lift heavy loads safely.
• Communicate effectively with leadership about facility concerns.
• Perform other duties to support Restaurant Operations.
