Responsibilities

• Follow maintenance routines with daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Clean fryer vats and change frying oil as per routine.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, lobby and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck and stock items twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
