Job summary

McDonald's owner-operator restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the facility clean and well-maintained. The role includes daily fryer maintenance, ground upkeep, equipment cleaning, and assisting with deliveries and trash removal.

You will work as part of the maintenance team with tools and training provided, ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or facility maintenance preferred.
• Comfort with physical tasks and outdoor work.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and basic hand tools.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and franchise guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain equipment.
• Clean windows, stock rooms and restrooms; unload deliveries twice weekly.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units as required.
• Keep grounds tidy and manage waste and trash removal.
