McDonald’s restaurant in Wisconsin is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist with interior and exterior cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant equipment. You’ll be part of the Maintenance Team, performing tasks to keep the facility clean and functional and supporting daily operations.

The role includes responsibilities such as filtering fry oil, grounds keeping, cleaning equipment, unloading deliveries, trash removal, and HVAC upkeep, with benefits and competitive pay typical for McDonald’s

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and maintaining equipment.
• The role supports the maintenance team with tools and training to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
