Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness of a restaurant interior and exterior.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on restaurant equipment.
• Willingness to assist with delivery unloading and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds and cleaning equipment.
• Cleaning inside/outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor.
• Changing light bulbs.
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
