Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person at a franchise restaurant in Texas. The role supports management by maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness, restaurant equipment, and general maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and inviting environment for guests.

The Maintenance Person will filter fryers daily, clean and maintain various areas, unload deliveries twice weekly, empty trash, replace light bulbs, and service HVAC/exhaust units. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience or ability to maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• Daily fryer oil filtration and light bulb changes.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Willingness to unload deliveries and manage basic maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
