McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Person for a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The role supports the Maintenance Team in upholding high cleanliness and functional standards across interior and exterior areas.

You will perform daily cleaning, equipment maintenance, and routine maintenance tasks to help keep the restaurant running smoothly and safely. This position is on-site at a franchise location in California.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior restaurant areas.
• Keep restaurant equipment in good working order.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as directed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
