McDonald’s operates through independent franchisees. This Maintenance Person role supports management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and maintaining restaurant equipment.

Key duties include filtering fry oil daily, cleaning equipment and windows, stocking rooms, unloading deliveries twice weekly, taking out trash, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units. The franchisee is the employer and handles hiring, scheduling, and supervision.

Qualifications

• Maintenance or custodial tasks for restaurant spaces.
• Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards.
• Reliable with basic mechanical upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Filter fry oil daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
