McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchisee-owned restaurant. The role supports management in achieving outstanding interior and exterior cleanliness and keeping restaurant equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities include filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment and windows, unloading deliveries, emptying trash, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
