Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the restaurant interior and exterior spotless and the equipment in good working order. The role includes routine cleaning, basic upkeep, and assisting with maintenance tasks to help the team run smoothly.

You will perform daily fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, and cleaning duties across areas like restrooms, stock rooms, and windows, with occasional truck unloading and light bulb changes.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a fast‑food/retail environment preferred.
• Ability to perform routine cleaning and facility upkeep tasks.
• Willingness to handle loading/unloading and basic repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and outdoor areas.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash/compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.
