Job summary

McDonald's Corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to uphold interior and exterior cleanliness and to maintain restaurant equipment. You will work as part of the Maintenance Team to keep facilities in good condition and support daily operations.

The role involves cleaning, basic repairs, and preventive tasks, with training and a pathway for growth. Competitive pay and benefits are available through the franchisee, with opportunities to learn and develop within the team.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or ability to perform cleaning and basic upkeep.
• Capable of following safety procedures and instructions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
