Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person at our Sheridan, WY location. You’ll help maintain cleanliness and upkeep of equipment, support the Management Team, and ensure a safe, welcoming dining environment for guests and Crew alike.

The role requires a humble, hospitable demeanor, a desire to learn, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You’ll perform routine maintenance, safety checks, light electrical and plumbing tasks as needed, and assist with unloading deliveries

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas; assist management in maintaining interior/exterior cleanliness and equipment.
• Unload deliveries and help replenish stock.
• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems.
• Ensure maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
