Job summary

McDonald’s Maintenance Person keeps the restaurant clean, safe, and functional, covering interior and exterior areas, equipment care, and safety. You will assist operations, tackle small repairs, and help ensure a welcoming guest experience while adhering to standards.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on grills, HVAC, and refrigeration, plus grounds upkeep and prompt reporting of issues. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
• Work both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining room, restrooms, kitchen, storage areas, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and systems.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Keep walkways and work areas free of hazards and support operations with special projects.
