Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and maintaining equipment.
• Responsibilities may include: filtering oil fryers daily, cleaning and restocking areas, unloading deliveries, taking out trash, changing bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units.
