Job summary

McDonald’s restaurant operated by an independent franchisee is seeking a dependable Maintenance Person to join the team. The role focuses on keeping the interior and exterior clean, safe, and running smoothly, while supporting maintenance of restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities include daily fryer oil filtering, grounds upkeep, cleaning, unloading deliveries, waste disposal, lighting, and HVAC/roof maintenance. Competitive pay of $15/hour plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
