Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience required; hotel food and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house, including managing, scheduling work shifts, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Schedule shifts, and provide training and coaching opportunities for staff.
• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late hours.
