Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in Kentucky. You will supervise staff, coach team members, and ensure operations meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.

This role focuses on training, daily execution, and utilizing store reports to drive improvements. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, comfort with P&L data, and a commitment to excellent customer service, with a pathway to growth within a premier convenience

Qualifications

Experience supervising restaurant staff and leading teams.
Ability to read and interpret store reports and use P&L data to drive changes.
Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
Familiarity with health department standards and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
