Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in Dickson, TN. The role focuses on supporting the Restaurant Leader, managing daily operations, and coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service.

You will ensure restaurant standards, health compliance, and quality food preparation while utilizing store reports and basic P&L insights to drive improvements. This position offers growth within a promoting-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Desire to lead customer service and train staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Dept.
• Strong prep, presentation, and freshness of food.
• Experience using store reports/P&L to drive change.
• Able to read operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel.
• HS diploma or GED; or 1 year restaurant mgmt experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
