Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HOH, Bar and Hospitality operations on a shift basis.
• Coach managers on performance management and guest experience standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety and compliance with company procedures and brand standards.
• Manage costs, inventory, and vendor relations to meet profit targets.
• Lead local marketing and sales initiatives to drive guest traffic.
