This role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and financial controls, with opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, is capable of multi-tasking, and can ensure compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and leadership abilities required.
• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Use store reports to drive improvements.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance manuals.
