JSC Management Group is seeking a motivated restaurant/retail supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction at our Walpole, MA location.

You will manage shifts, train staff, and collaborate with a fast-paced team while delivering high service standards and upholding company policies. This role offers advancement opportunities and a supportive leadership environment.

Experience in supervision and a flexible schedule for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• First line supervisory or management experience from a restaurant or retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a 45-50 hour work week which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to carry up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills, leadership skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing personality and able to work effectively with a diverse group of people in a team environment.
• Good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills required; ability to resolve guest issues with tact.
• Reliable transportation.
