Job summary

JSC Management Group is seeking a proactive restaurant Leader to supervise daily operations and guide a diverse team in a fast-paced setting. You will focus on guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and a positive work culture.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and availability for 45–50 hours weekly including nights, weekends and holidays. A bonus program and ongoing training are offered to support career growth.

Qualifications

• First-line supervisory or management experience in restaurant or retail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work 45–50 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds on regular basis; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
