Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking Team Members who deliver an exceptional dining experience in a friendly, fast-paced environment. Positions include front of house and back of house duties with emphasis on teamwork, service, and adherence to company standards.

Pay ranges from $14 to $16 per hour, with opportunities for growth, scholarship support, and a fun, supportive work culture. Training and leadership development are key parts of the role.

Responsibilities

• Front of House: Smile, eye contact, speak enthusiastically, make emotional connections, follow vision and values.
• Multitask quickly yet thoroughly and be team-oriented, adaptable and dependable.
• Work on their feet for several hours and communicate with guests and Team Members.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code; perform other duties as assigned.
• Back of House: prepare, cook, assemble, present food safely and efficiently.
• Stock kitchen inventory and keep areas neat and clean.
• Maintain knowledge through in-house training and opening/closing tasks.
