Job summary

Noodles & Company is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Apex, NC to lead and coach teams, delivering great food and welcoming guest experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, support during rushes, and foster a positive environment with a focus on teamwork and leadership by example.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, managing shifts, and ensuring food safety while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management or leadership experience is required.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is preferred.
• Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming, supportive environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identify high-potential talent and support growth through development and recognition.
• Follow procedures for inventory, operations, and food safety to maintain standards.
