Noodles & Company is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Columbia Heights, MN. You will lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management or leadership experience is required.
• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is preferred.
• Lead a high‑performing team to deliver operational excellence.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and a welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate conflict-resolution, verbal and written communication skills.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
• Identify high-potential talent and support growth through development and recognition.

• Lead with food safety culture meeting company standards; may require licensing.
