Dewey’s Pizza in Illinois is seeking a Restaurant Leader to build a positive, team-first culture across our locations. This full-time role includes a structured 5-month training and 40–45 hour weeks with a weekend day off to support work-life balance.

You will partner with the General Manager to lead operations, grow teams, drive sales, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding our values and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager certification during training.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
