Dewey’s Pizza in Dayton, OH is seeking an energetic restaurant leader to guide daily operations and build a positive, team-first culture. You’ll partner with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, training, and performance across both hourly and leadership teams.

You bring 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, strong communication and math skills, and a flexible schedule. ServSafe Manager certification will be obtained during training, supporting safe service and growth

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment (preferred, not required)
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays)
• Flexibility to support different restaurant locations within your market based on business needs
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort using basic technology and systems
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager certification during training
• Ability to stay active on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs
