Job summary

Alliance Hospitality Group seeks a Restaurant Manager for Sexy Roman at the W Hotel in Scottsdale to lead daily operations and uphold exceptional hospitality with a vibrant Italian concept.

You will develop the team, maintain standards, manage guest experience, and ensure smooth service from floor to back of house, with a focus on safety, inventory, and guest recovery. Competitive pay ranges $75,000-$85,000 plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of guest-facing experience in food & beverage or related service environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong hospitality, friendly, professional and guest-focused approach.
• High integrity, reliability and personal accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and remain solution-focused.
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service.
• Maintain consistent standards for food, beverage, service, hospitality, and presentation.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage restaurant atmosphere, including music, lighting, temperature, cleanliness, and energy.
• Maintain strong floor presence to support the team and operations.
• Ensure policies, procedures, service standards and SOPs are followed.
• Monitor product quality, receiving, storage, labeling, dating and inventory.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are clean and functional.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns with positive solutions.
