Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people skills with restaurant leadership and deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results in our Georgia location.

You’ll manage front- and back-of-house operations, motivate your team, and collaborate with home office support to ensure consistent hospitality and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Availability to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• With home office support available on a 24/7 basis, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.
