Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere.
• Steady, stable employment track record with at least 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
• Drive positive sales growth.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by following all food-safety and sanitation standards.
• Communicate performance expectations, train, schedule, coach, counsel and enforce policies.
• Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
• Recruit, select, and train quality staff.
