Job summary

Cave Enterprises' Burger King restaurant seeks a Restaurant Leader to drive daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure friendly, fast service in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching, partner with the District leadership, and strive to maximize guest satisfaction, sales, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, communication and problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop others, and to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service and selling efforts.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and performance feedback.
