Job summary

Cave Enterprises' Burger King in Milwaukee seeks a Restaurant Leader to drive daily operations, motivate the team, ensure guest satisfaction and strong selling performance.

You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and adherence to brand standards in a high-volume environment, reporting to the District Manager. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and results through focused coaching and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to four years of supervisory or management experience, preferably from a restaurant or retail environment.
• Two years of college education or equivalent is a plus.
• The ability to train, guide and lead other management staff.
• The ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• Good problem solving techniques.
• Good written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills, as well as a command of the English language.
• Knowledge of all pertinent operational standards.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest service and selling efforts.
• Manages staffing, scheduling and turnover to maximize efficiency.
• Ensures brand standards and operating procedures are followed.
• Coaches and develops leaders and team members for succession.
• Monitors financials, inventory and profitability.
• Represents the restaurant in partnership with the District Manager.
