Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in a fast-paced environment.
• Guest service skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of P&L interpretation and profitability impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.
• Place and receive vendor orders and maintain restaurant asset records.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor relationships.
• Ensure cash control and security procedures are followed.
• Lead the team to deliver fast, friendly, accurate guest service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct efficient, on-standard product preparation and speed of service.
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in as needed.
