Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Dunkin' Donuts location in Bristol, TN. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, recruit and train staff, and work with the Restaurant Manager to drive sales and maintain high standards of operation.

Applicants should have supervisory experience in restaurant or retail, be 21+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
