Qualifications

• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.
• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit and train new team members and oversee onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to drive guest satisfaction and sales.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure cleanliness, and enforce safety standards.
• Manage labor, food costs, and profitability; analyze financials.
