Responsibilities include following recipes, keeping the kitchen clean, handling safety standards, coordinating with front-of-house staff, and assisting with inventory. Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and follow kitchen protocols and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes and menus.
• Cook or assist in cooking dishes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper sanitation.
• Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory FIFO as needed.
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely orders and service.
• Support training of new kitchen staff when required.
