LV Petroleum LLC is hiring for Miss J's inside our travel center in Lowell, AR. We seek restaurant team members including cooks and cashiers to support food preparation, cooking, and guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include food prep, cooking, cleanliness, inventory, and teamwork. The role offers the opportunity to learn kitchen procedures, handle allergens, and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food prep preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats.
• Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure quality.
• Assist with setup and organization of the kitchen and tools.
• Cook or assist in cooking dishes according to menu specifications.
• Monitor food to ensure correct temperature and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment following safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and comply with safety guidelines.
• Assist restocking kitchen supplies and monitor inventory.
• Communicate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely orders.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff when required.
• Follow established cooking procedures, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Be mindful of allergens and dietary restrictions.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
