Compensation Range: $78,000.00

The Restaurant Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day kitchen operations, upholding company standards, and creating an exceptional guest experience through scratch cooking, artisanal American food, and gourmet burgers. Responsibilities include inventory management, ordering, and overseeing key P&L lines. The role fosters a culture of continuous improvement and a "better for being here" mentality.

Qualifications include:

  • Must be 21 years of age

  • Solid P&L knowledge
  • Ability to obtain necessary certifications and permits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of local and state health codes
  • Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules
  • Previous team management experience
