• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Our franchise organization, Jax, LLC dba Golden Corral, is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team as Kitchen Manager. In this role you will be responsible for food production and operating the Back‑of‑the‑House using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and company systems to ensure quality food, cleanliness, and safety for our guests.

• Lead food production and operate the Back‑of‑the‑House (BOH) to meet Golden Corral’s standards for quality food, recipes, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist with overall restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager, including labor management.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high‑volume casual dining or family‑style restaurant.
• Education or training in business or hospitality (college coursework).
• Successful completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
