Job summary

Golden Corral franchise location is seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join as Kitchen Manager. You will oversee food production and Back-of-House operations, enforcing quality, cleanliness and safety for guests.

Responsibilities include leading BOH and food production to Golden Corral standards, and assisting with overall restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager, including labor management.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a high-volume casual dining or family-style restaurant.
• Education or training in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
