Role and Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for food production and managing the Back-of-the-House operations using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures, and systems to ensure quality food, proper recipes, and cleanliness for our guests. You will also oversee overall restaurant operations, including food quality, safety, production, and labor, especially in the absence of the General Manager and Hospitality Manager.

Requirements:
  • Strong, stable work history with management experience in high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurants.
  • Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
